European Union Customer Policy

This policy applies to customers residing in the European Union (EU) who purchase products from Satisfy Your Sense Candle Co.


1. Right to Withdraw (14-Day Return Policy)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same method of payment.

Note:

  • This right does not apply to used candles or items that are customized or made-to-order.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing[Satisfyyoursensecandleco@gmail.com] with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
