30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Contact us first at Satisfyoursensecandleco@gmail.com or (754) 235-2155 to receive return authorization.


What Can Be Returned

Eligible:

  • Unopened candles, wax melts, and sprays in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items (contact us within 7 days with photos)
  • Wrong items shipped

Not Eligible:

  • Opened or used products (health and safety reasons)
  • Digital products
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift sets with broken seals

Return Process

Contact us first - Email Satisfyoursensecandleco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

Get authorization - We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Ship your return - Pack securely and ship within 7 days of authorization

Receive refund - Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Shipping Costs

You pay return shipping if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item.

We pay return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error

Refunds

Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval

Product cost refunded; original shipping non-refundable (unless our error)

Allow 5-10 additional days for refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for different scents or sizes, subject to availability. Follow the return process above and let us know what you'd like instead.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:


  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2.  Contact us within 7 days at: Satisfyoursensecandleco@gmail.com
  3. We'll replace it or issue a full refund including shipping.

Lost Packages

We're not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier. Check with neighbors, verify your address, and contact the shipping carrier. We'll help where we can.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We can only cancel orders that haven't begun production or shipped.
