Satisfy Your Sense Candle Co ships to locations across the United States. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure your candles arrive safely and promptly.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on your location and order size).

Estimated delivery time after shipping:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local postal service to investigate.

Damages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at via email with photos of the packaging and item. We will review your request and arrange an exchange if eligible.
